Of course, we expected a decent quality.
However, we received a poorly written paper that needed thorough proofreading and editing. The biggest disappointment was that it contained plagiarized text. There also were grammatical and punctuation errors. Some sentences were not logical, as if they were translated into English via some questionable online translator.
