Yes, Ultius says that any customer can contact the assigned writer anytime. However, they add that the author will answer only when he or she will have free time. Then they encourage customers to contact managers 24/7, who will solve the issue or will pass the instructions to the writer. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a response from the support team, and the writer also failed to answer our questions.
